An experience that invites leaders to slow down and lead
with wisdom,clarity, and presence.

March 1-4, 2026

Inspired by the Collectives foundation of clarity, intention, and human connection, the Potential Era Collective is designed to slow the pace of leadership and create space for thoughtful direction.

Over two days, attendees step away from the urgency of everyday demands and into an environment crafted for reflection, meaningful dialogue, and steady transformation.

Hosted at True South Farm, an elevated working farm designed for rest, creativity, and intentional gathering, this experience offers leaders the rare opportunity to re-center, rebuild, and return home with grounded clarity.

about the COLLECTIVE

With accomodations in the heart of Franklin, TN, each days sessions will take place at the farm. From interacting with Scottish Highland cows to think tanks around a large farm table, the work done here will have lasting effects on every aspect of your life as a leader and a person.

The practice is guided by presence, care, and respect for human pace. Every detail is considered to support calm dialogue and thoughtful engagement. Nothing is rushed, exaggerated, or performative in approach. The work remains rooted in integrity, restraint, and enduring relevance.

PRACTICE

The direction is guided by clarity rather than momentum, and by depth rather than scale. Every decision is shaped to support stillness, thoughtful engagement, and long term relevance. The intent is not to lead loudly, but to hold space with quiet
confidence.

INTENT

Created to offer space rather than noise, this work began with a simple intention to slow the pace of leadership. The focus is on wisdom, clarity, and presence over performance or urgency. Each gathering is shaped to invite reflection, meaningful dialogue, and human connection.

PURPOSE

Creating SPACE FOR WHAT MATTERS

A collective built on calm confidence
and shared wisdom

Set in the rolling countryside of Tennessee, True South Farm is designed for experiences that honor stillness, creativity, and human connection.  The farm’s open landscapes, elevated gathering spaces, and gentle pace allow leaders to step away from urgency and into meaningful presence—exactly the environment required for transformation.
