Your spot at the Collective is not confirmed until full payment or an agreed-upon deposit is received. Enrollment is limited, and spaces may fill quickly.

All pricing listed on the Site is subject to change at any time prior to registration.
Once your registration is submitted and payment is received, your rate is secured.
1.3 Payment Methods

You are responsible for ensuring payment information is accurate and that funds are available.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
2.1 Attendee Cancellations
Because this event requires curated preparation, limited attendance, and advance planning, **all sales are final**. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, schedule conflicts, or no-shows.
2.2 Transfers
If you cannot attend, you may request to **transfer your spot to another participant** with written approval from us at least 14 days before the event
2.3 Event Changes
We reserve the right to modify schedules, sessions, facilitators, or event programming if necessary. Any adjustments will be made to preserve the integrity and quality of the experience.
2.4 Event Cancellation
If the event must be canceled by us for unforeseen reasons, attendees will receive a full refund of registration fees. We are not responsible for travel, lodging, or incidental expenses.
3. Travel & Accommodation
Attendees are responsible for arranging their own travel to and from **Nashville International Airport (BNA)** and lodging at **The Harpeth Franklin Downtown** unless otherwise noted.
We are not liable for travel delays, missed flights, or disruptions beyond our control.
4. Assumption of Risk
By attending the Collective at **True South Farm**, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with participating in activities on a farm property, including outdoor environments, uneven terrain, and interactions with animals or natural elements.
You agree to participate voluntarily and assume full responsibility for your safety during the event.
5. Personal Conduct
We expect all attendees to maintain respectful, professional conduct throughout the event.
We reserve the right to remove any participant from the event or from the property—without refund—if behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate.
6. Use of Content & Materials
All materials, session content, recordings, written content, curriculum, or frameworks shared during the Collective are protected by copyright and are for personal use only.
Attendees may not reproduce, distribute, teach, or sell any content without written permission.
7. Photography & Media Release
By attending the event, you grant permission for us to capture photos or video footage for promotional, educational, or archival use.
If you prefer not to appear in media, please notify us in writing prior to the event.
8. Liability Release
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless:

from any claims, damages, injuries, or losses arising from your participation in the event or use of the Site.
9. Accessibility & Special Accommodations
